Telmed-AH Tablet is a combination of medications used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure) when a single tablet does not work. It helps to lower high blood pressure, which minimises the risk of future heart attacks and strokes.

Telmed AH Tablet can be taken with or without food. The dosage will be determined by your condition and response to the medication. Try taking it at the same time every day. Continue taking this medication until your doctor tells you to stop. It contains a diuretic (water pill) and will cause you to urinate more; therefore, it is advisable to avoid taking this medication within four hours of bedtime. Even if you feel OK, take this medication on a daily basis to get the most out of it. High blood pressure rarely causes symptoms, and stopping treatment may increase your risk of a heart attack or stroke.

The most common adverse effects of this medication are headaches, dizziness, exhaustion, changes in taste, fatigue, flu-like symptoms, diarrhoea, and sinusitis. Consult your doctor if any of these symptoms irritate you, worsen, or persist. Drink plenty of water while taking medication to combat muscle weakness, dry mouth, and severe thirst.

If you have liver or renal problems, consult your doctor before using this medication. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before taking this medication. You should also tell your doctor about any other medications you are taking, particularly those used to treat high blood pressure or heart issues. You should have your blood pressure, kidney function, electrolyte levels, and blood sugar levels evaluated on a regular basis to ensure that this medication is working effectively.
