- Deriphyllin Retard 300 Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

- Use it as advised by your doctor or check the label for directions before use. Deriphyllin Retard 300 Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.Take this medicine 1 hour before or 2 hours after food. You can take it with food if stomach upset occurs.Avoid Deriphyllin Retard 300 Tablet with caffeine and chocolate as well as food containing caffeine and chocolate such as tea leaves, cocoa beans.
