- Nioclean Gel may take several weeks to show its action. Keep using it as suggested by your doctor. Wash your skin with a mild cleanser and pat it dry before applying Nioclean Gel. Apply it as a thin layer onto clean, dry, unbroken skin affected by acne. It may cause minor burning, stinging or irritation when applied. Inform your doctor if this does not go away. Avoid contact with your eyes, nose or mouth. Rinse it off with water if you accidentally get the cream in these areas. It makes your skin more sensitive toward sunlight. Wear protective clothing or use sunscreen while stepping out.

- Nioclean Gel is a combination of two medicines: Clindamycin and Nicotinamide, which treats pimples (acne). Clindamycin is an antibiotic which works by penetrating into the skin and killing acne-causing bacteria. Nicotinamide is a form of vitamin B. It exerts anti-inflammatory effects when applied to the skin and reduces swelling, redness and tenderness associated with acne.

Keep this medicine in the container or the pack it came in, tightly closed. Store it according to the instructions mentioned on the pack or label. Dispose of the unused medicine. It is not a spot treatment and should not be used to treat a single pimple. Nioclean Gel should be applied to the entire face. Using it once everyday can help treat your acne.
