Description:

Xigduo XR 10mg/500mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus. It helps control the high blood sugar levels seen in diabetes. This reduces the chances of serious complications of diabetes and also helps prevent heart disease

Uses / Indications:

Xigduo 10mg/500mg XR Tablet is used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.

Interactions / Warnings:

Talk to your doctor before taking alcohol together with Xigduo 10mg/500mg XR Tablet. Alcohol may affect blood glucose levels in patients with diabetes.

Pregnancy interaction:

Xigduo 10mg/500mg XR Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
