Description:
Novaclav 625 Tablet is an antibiotic that helps your body fight bacterial infections. It treats infections of the lungs (e.g., pneumonia), ear, nasal sinus, urinary tract, skin, and soft tissue. It will not treat viral illnesses like the common cold.
Novaclav 625 Tablet should be taken after a meal to lessen the risk of stomach upset. You should take it at regular intervals, as advised by your doctor. It will be easier to remember if you take it at the same time every day. The dosage will vary depending on what you are being treated for, but you should always finish the entire course of antibiotics as prescribed by your doctor. Please continue taking it until you are completed, even if you feel better. If you stop taking it too soon, some germs may survive, causing the infection to resurface or worsen.
The most common side effects of Novaclav 625 Tablet are nausea, diarrhoea, vomiting, fungal infections in the mouth, skin folds, or vagina, skin rashes, and vaginitis. These are usually moderate, but notify your doctor if they disturb you or do not go away.
Before taking it, tell your doctor if you are allergic to antibiotics or have kidney or liver problems. You should also advise your healthcare provider about any other medications you are taking, as they may interact with or be affected by Novaclav 625 Tablet. This medication is generally regarded safe to take during pregnancy and nursing if prescribed by a doctor.

- How it works:
- Novaclav 625 Tablet consists of two medications: amoxycillin and clavulanic acid. Amoxycillin is an antibiotic.
